residents of the Syosset/Woodbury school district; second, to parents of
children of Syosset/ Woodbury school district; third, to all residents of the Town
of Oyster Bay; fourth, to parents of children living in Oyster Bay; and
finally, to residents of Nassau County. This development is built with the
